Working
Our batch controller works on 12 to 24 Volt power, either DC or AC. It connects any flow sensor with a frequency output and adds connections to the two relays for two-stage shutdown or over run alarm functions. Then it connects a remote start-stop switch and uses the end-of-batch pulse to trigger the next step. A 4 to 20mA output is also used in the process.
