FRP SELF SUPPORTING DOME. This is especially manufactured for STP plants. The sefl supporting frp covers manufactured using Vinyl Ester Resin systems & Isopthalic resin. The combination of these gives a better corrosion resistance, Superior mechanical strength , cost effective and a long life span. These covers are self supporting - which do not require any steel fabrication support structure. The covers are mounted on RCC walls / beams with Anchor fasteners. For the corrosive environment we use only AISI304/316 fasteners for a longer life span. The FRP SELF SUPPORTING COVER are manufactured for rectangular tanks as well as circular tanks - primary sedimentation tank/Aeration tank/Gravity Sludge Thickener tank.
